Accommodations

Participants were responsible for arranging and funding their travel, although some funds were available for accommodation. We used an attendance in the survey to determine guest room requirements and booked people into the Bentley Hotel in the UES a few blocks from MKSCC, on a first come/served basis.

Restaurants, Delis and Bars near MSKCC

Refreshments such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks were provided throughout the day at the meeting. For lunch, people had a selection of restaurants within a few blocks of MSKCC. A few are listed below:

Electrical Supply

If you were traveling from outside of the USA, you needed to bring an appropriate power plug converter for your laptop and all other electrical devices you're bringing. USA uses Type A and Type B power plugs and sockets. Electric current in the USA is 60 Hz, 120 V.
